Tail Fur Regrowth

We are wondering how long it takes to regrow tail fur that was shaved for a procedure. It's been since the end of July and a small amount has grown back. Thank you for your help.

Losing Weight

My 5 year old Male Bulldog has been losing weight over the past month or so. I have switched his food and have increased portions. I have tried feeding him rice and boiled chicken. His appetite has never been great, but he has always maintained a healthy weight until lately. He has been eating at least once per day, often twice. I started putting hot water on his food, mushing it up, letting it cool and then giving it to him. I have also started feeding him from a raised surface.

Nose Rope question?

copied from general forum:

cottage cheese for nursing mom.......

3 ounces a day..... Is this enough to help her out along with dry and soft food? I still let her get a few table scraps in her bowl after the family is done...like today she had a grilled pork chop and some green beans....Should I refrain from this while she is nursing? She does fine with it but I don't want it to affect her pups negativley if it could.....
Sorry for all these questions, I would feel like a loon, calling the vet every second my worry wart mind thinks of something else.

Raw diet diary day 5

sorry it's so late, had a busy day. Went back to the store to get more food, and realized I completely read my original receipt wrong! It's actually going to cost $144 per month to feed Audrey this food. So, the meat grinder will be purchased sometime in January. My husband said the slaughterhouse he got his beefheart from has chicken as well as beef, and he'll look into it. Hopefully they'll have lamb also. He got some huge packs of steaks from Costco today, it'd be cheaper to feed her that!

UTI?

Hey all. Our little pup Nola has peed in the house twice today (which is out of the ordinary but not unheard of) and seems to be having trouble peeing outside. She seems to be straining and not much comes out, then she tries again. Could this be a sign of a urinary tract infection? If so, what is the best thing we can do prior to taking her to the vet tomorrow?
Thanks![linked image]

Leg question HELP

PollyAnna is usually very active and full of zoomies! She has been lame on her back leg lately and I noticed a lump on her back knee. It seems to be sore and she does not like you to bother it. She is 4 years old and I did put her on NutriMax for her joints a few days ago. DO you think this could be arthritis or something more sinister...she is going to the vet tomorrow...poor baby!

constant licking lips/cannot settle down

I took the mister to the park where he pushed his toy around in the snow. Not for long, maybe 15 min, but he played vigorously. He came home and is now CONSTANTLY licking his lips and not settling down. I am on my way out the door to work.I am having a fit that I have to leave him. I wonder if he is bloating. He ate 3 small cookies when we got in, hasn`t eaten a meal for 5 hours. His face is sore from the snow. Could that be it? Pain. His toes are also sore. I cleaned his face and toes. I am coming home on my break to check him. I am having a fit.

Bulldog emergency First aid kits..what to add??.....you never know..when you need them..

I know benedryl..not sure of the dosage for a 50 pound bully?
maybe some tweasers..I can see them coming in handy in cases too
anything else that should be added?

I know that nothing substitutes a vet visit in some cases..
but there are things that happen..and can be cured or fixed at home..

lets hear some suggestions..
thanks in advance

his chest was soaked
I noticed his feet looked red and gave him a benedryl
