although about a pug..that ate the owner..
it sure talks about the will to survive for dogs..
was a total shock to read this..
but really makes you wander..
I live alone and think that I will start making sure that someone calls me or checks on me every day. really makes me think twice but being checked out
I see my son every couple of days..but still...
the reason that I ask is that Gus about 6 months ago..was about 1 and half years old and he really slowed down ..but NOW that he is chest is filling out more and the major growing is done..and filling out..he is about 2 and a bit now...he is just as wild as he was a puppy. full of life
just wander if bullies slow down when they are growing..and filling out like Gus did
Dear all,
Its been cold up here in norcal for the past 2 weeks (like 45-60 degrees). Kibby has been sounding a little congested in the mornings, but then fine later in the day. I did notice that maybe her snoring does seem a little louder too? She has woken up and sounded like she was trying to "hock up" some flem or something this morning for a couple of minutes, but just went back to sleep after.
Has anyone ever encountered this before? I know ALL bullies have an undershot jaw, but most don't have too much of a problem sucking up their food. However, Maddie seems to be having a REAL problem when she eats. The kibble just splashes out everywhere (I've tried different bowls with diffent depths, widths, etc., and it's the same thing). She gets frustrated and doesn't want to eat it at all.
OK well I know that dogs do not see the same colours as us..but why do they perfer RED.
this is really weird but I just ordered 3 jolly balls for Bella and they all came in. both companies had a hard time getting red..it is the preferred colour in dogs and esepcially in horses too. I could get hundreds of the horse balls in every colour but red were few and far between.
I do not know much about dogs eyes and vision. but I thought that they could not really distinct colours. am I wrong on this??
I have read SO many different posts on these boards about head shakes. There seems to be a multitude of opinions about cause and "cure".
Is there a reliable/definitive answer?
Thanks
HO HO HO-LD ON THERE! The photos in this post are private property and may not be used without permission (no matter HOW good a girl or boy you've been this year!)
Her coat still looks like she just had a bath, very glossy and it's so soft! She really doesn't poo much at all anymore, and no gas either. Her face seems a little bit better, I haven't washed it yet and it's 9:20 at night, I usually wash it in the morning because her nose rope is so gunky. She had another lazy sleepy day today, it is very muddy outside and she HATES her feet to get wet. She has been playing ball inside, in between naps.
I am seriously considering using this on all my dogs
heard so many good things about it..
also heard that it might help shedding..
more thinking of shedding for Gus..Bella hardly sheds
and the pugs shed enough to Make me a winter coat..lol
what are you thoughts on the missing link??
