Hi-- My bully, Rocco, keeps licking his front paws. . I have attempted to clean with a Vinegar solution, and dusted with gold bond but it does not seem to help. He is 1.5 years old, eats natural balance sweet potato and Venison. I have a vet appointment next Tuesday for him, but until then, does anyone have any good solutions to help comfort him? Thank you.
We took Spanky to the vet today to ask about his enlarged prostate and need to urinate. After her exam, she said his prostate has returned to normal size and that he should be able to hold urine for most of the night. We have quit using the crate at night, and have seen some improvement. I think he was barking to get out of his crate as much as he was to go pee. I should have listened to you Pat! This morning he barked to go pee at 4:00am, but for the last two mornings it has been 5:00am.
so the behaviourist considered how much like a MOTHER Bella is to the pugs..to the point of dragging the pug out of the tub ..even if she just squeaks..lol. she is always destroying things like newspapers and fly swatters...no idea why...
well off to the vet he went.
physical exam first thing...and then lunch at the vets farm to see the farm animals..and her children. then in the house to eat lunch and check for floor vibrations and such too. then the afternoon was all about pampering, bath, nails, ears and massage...bully heaven.
he came home with a treat and a toy..
the vet concludes a few things..
first of all that deaf dogs do not like to be left alone at all. if Gus was alseep he was fine..but if he is awake ..he needs to know you are close
While Shiloh was pregnant my vet suggested not to have her any vitamins. Now since she had the pups is it ok to do so or even worth it? Any in particular?

she's digging at my carpet. any cause for concern? Our check up and stitch removal is tomorrow. 2 of the puppies have been very fussy latley as well. one of those, my biggest guy has a raw rear....trying to keep it very clean and moisturized with a little vaseline dab. chloe is not pooping them...which is the most frustrating thing EVER and if she would i think it would resolve this problem but its very uncomfortable for this guy and i wish i could do something to help him.........
I originally posted this on the general forum and now would like to ask for any information or experience with lymphatic cancer. My 15 month old bully is failing fast. Will the treatments give him a long life or is it just a delayed inevitable? I do not want him to suffer.
Hello,
I am new to this forum and thought I get perhaps some answers here.
Out of 8 pups I have 2 with what looks like their hind paws facing backwards. When do I worry about these not turning around?
Javier
She is definitely putting on weight. I am going to start reducing her daily amount by 2 ounces. I'll take her to the vet to weigh her, but I can tell her waistline is getting thicker. Her coat is so beautiful! The color is richer and more red, and it's so soft and shiny still. I have read the ingredients so many times, but it finally dawned on me that there is kelp in it. I was looking into adding kelp for her coat, and for my older dogs arthritis, so now I know I don't need to add extra for Audrey.
