Hi everyone,
I cleaned Stella's eyes today at lunch and then when I came home from work she had goop again!
I took a picture. This is different from her regular eye junk. Her eyes don't seem any different than normal.
She was scratching a little today, but that isn't unusual either.


thoughts?

Simon was scheduled to have some Distichia (inward lashes) plucked this morning by an opthamologist after a consult last week. He only has a few distychia, not bad enought to need surgery, but caused some dry-eye. I give him neo/poly ointment 3x/day and he is on cyclosporine drops. His eyes of course now look great.

As you may or may not know, Stella had a real upset tummy a couple of weeks ago. We had x-rays and blood work done to rule out anything nasty. She had a lot of gas in there and a little inflamation, but nothing else. She got a shot for the nausea and some antibiotics/anti-inflamatories for a few days.

I have been home cooking for them for 1 month now, and they both love it, but rocky is still shedding like crazy, his nose and folds are just gross, I clean them everyday, and still smelly, his belly still gets red- not as often but still pretty red and tender some days, his ears are still smelly, I do put drops in them, but he is still a mess, he is back to sleeping in his crate or on the couch all the time, he is grumy, challenges lily all the time, I am at a loss I really dont know what to do for him anymore, I have tried every thing, if anybody has any sugg

does not lick them and they shrink when the has been on a course of antibiotics such as baytril or cipro. took the dog to a dermatologist had tests done but no conclusive results. your help is greatly appreciated

Hi everyone!

Tuffy turns 12 weeks tomorrow and had his second checkup at the vet today. He now weighs 18 lbs and the vet says he looks great. Is 18 lbs a good size for a 12 week old bulldog...?

Can someone tell me how I would know for sure if my dog has a grain allergy? He's currently on C. Natural chicken and rice puppy formula and has soft stools. He's gaining weight and active and doesn't seem to have any gastro discomfort. My vet says just hang tight for now and there's no reason for concern. Should I just chill out?!

other then without them we would have no puppies..

why is the stud bulldog soo important. I just got off the phone with the breeder of my pugs and she was commenting on the kennel that has Bella DAD. the kennel is a very reputable breeder here in Ontario. well she just got a great stud dog..actually 3 years ago..but she paid huge huge bucks..I am thinking like over 20,000.00 for this dog. My pug breeder got to meet him and she was very impressed.
