It seems like my 4 month old puppy is in pain or some sort of discomfort. I noticed last night when he couldn't make it up the second half of our stairs. He got to the landing area and made some strange whimpering noise I had never heard before. I had to actually pick him up and carry him up the rest of the stairs.
My Mya is a year next month, and has not a visible heat yet. BUT the last week she's been standing for my other female. If they stand does that mean they are in fact in heat? I understand it could be a "silent" heat, but wasn't sure if they stand even when they aren't in heat? Her body is physically developing as you can tell, just no bleeding yet. As she's about to be a year she is definitely acting like a late bloomer if anything. I know it can take up to 14 months for a first heat, but was just curious?
Thanks

No vomiting! I think it's safe to say now that her stomach is handling this food and any future vomiting episodes won't be because she can't handle it. I find it very interesting that we abruptly switched to this food, no gradual mixing at all. She does has a sensitive stomach, she tends to vomit vs getting diarrhea, and she was starting it coming off of an upset stomach because of the previous food, so I am very pleased with how it agrees with her.
I tried charlie on raw foods an he hated it..refused to eat..and I am not the kind to not feed him.
I truely want charlie to be on raw..but he refuses it..
anyone experience this

I still am unsure about feeding bones. I got some soup bones for my dogs, I could not believe how much they LOVED them! They were big though, not somethng they could eat in a few minutes. It was something that took several hours, then I took them up because I didn't want them fighting over them, (one dog took one away from the other and sat on it whle she was chewing her own)and we had people over and I couldn't properly supervise them.
