you can only grind soft bone like chicken or pheasant bird bone is what i call them.....i some times will grind lamb ribs.....the big thing for my grinder is i buy 1/2 sides of cows or i will buy a whole lamb especially spring lamb....when the 4h groups are auctioning off their stock.....the larger i can keep the cuts the cheaper it is to have butchered...... also i have pheasant and friends who duck hunt and i can do the whole bird after i pluck them....i dont have a freezer big enough for 1/2 cow or full lamb.......so i needed a grinder to do my big hunks of meat in...... leg bones of deer, cow, lamb only the big commerical rendering plants can do that..... so dont go over 500$ for a grinder....if your only looking to grind bird bones...... so before you go out and buy.....decide if it going to be cost effective....
thank you!
even if you can't find where you got it if you could just tell me what make/model it is that would be very helpful
I appreciate it!
Cathy
