Okay, I'm on my way out the door to leave for work. Betty and I had a busy day running errands so no dressup today. I wanted to get a picture of her with the hens and their pretty rainbow colored eggs... BUT, here she is looking at me as I sign off the computer for the day:



She couldn't be any cuter in a costume!!

do you loose power? Y.E.S. if it takes a power line down with it. A tree fell a few houses away out back and took a line down. Me and the puppy were sitting in the cool basement from 2pm - 3:15. Good thing it's not raining cuz I don't know how to start the gas generator for the sump pump. This put my laundry washing way far behind

Our adoption has been approved and we are now just waiting for the house to be done to bring home our sweet bully boy! I'm so stoked! I cried when we got the call Tuesday. We'll be bringing him home the end of May (time to unpack and get moved and get the cats settled in before bringing in another stressor.) I am worried about the boys adjusting to a dog. They were around dogs when they were first born but haven't been since 12 weeks of age and are now almost a year old.

Happy Easter.
We have been super busy lately.
We had our first foster baby adopted last weekend and got our second foster baby yesterday, he is part of a litter of "Mange babies" rescued from a first nation's community here in Alberta. His name is Mikey and he is a ball of energy, he is giving us a run for our money for sure!

I picked this one up from a shelter in January looking like this~~




And now, two months later, she looks like this! Such a happy little bunny! It's hard to get her happy full body butt wiggle to stop long enough to get a pic!
