The last few weeks my bully has been losing hair on the sides ...the skin is dark but not dry or flakey...any ideas of what this is ..he is very clean and is not itching...i do use frontline could this cause him to lose hair...my husband heard something on the news about flee control that causes hair loss and death in some dogs..i did not hear and not sure he got it right...any thoughts from anyone would be greatly appreciated..thanks..

they hole in the bird house is very small for a wren. there are not many other birds that can fit in the birdbox. any other bird that does will be an insect eater anyhow. only insect eating birds use the birdhouses generally.

I think Hurley wants me to play with her chicken.

I feel so lost. Who is going to rest his head on my legs and who is going to snore in my ear when I'm sleeping? I have two other dogs, but it's just not the same, especially because I don't trust them not to pee in my bed.

I haven't posted in a while - (been very busy with my new baby girl), but I just wanted to share with you all that the time has come for my family to say goodbye to our sweet Bella. Bella has been sick with a staph infection for several months now, and no antibiotics or other treatments we've tried are clearing it up. We've had biopsies, and test after test. Recent bloodwork shows that her body is shutting down, and she is clearly suffering. Our hearts are broken, but we know it's time. We will be going tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.

Yes, I didn't post last week. It wasn't a problem with the network, either. Fact is, I'm hooked on "Dexter" and I was watching Season 1 from Netflix, to catch up on what happened in the beginning. Just can't push that "pause" button, ya know? Anyway, hope everyone is well and pleasant wishes for the coming holidays to all. Chocolate in both hands: now that's a balanced diet!! So we got the Royal Canin Urinary UC and he had it for the 1st time last night and enjoyed eating it, THANK GOD. The vet said that this food has the potential to break up these stones. I hope it does so the surgery is not needed.

Does anyone know where the cheapest place would be to buy a cool a roo bed? Thanks!
