Puppy matches and sweepstakes....

When showing in matches and sweeps, what are some things that judges do that are great and what are some things that you all hate?

For example, I was at a show once and heard rumbling about the judge taking too much time making their decisions. The audience didn't think that the judge should take as much time as the regular classes.

very interesting puppy (elizabeth read this if your still in doubt)

buyers out there. So the puppy buyers out there right now are really bizarre. Do you all deal with this on a normal basis? And prices----really low unless you have been doing this for 20-30 years and have one heck of a website going.

I want a fawn female only- send them a pic of one and guess what...they reply with" Were looking for a smaller one"..wow, i didnt know runts could be any smaller..but ok

Lenape Specialty count

The judging program is up on the Rau site if anyone is interested . We are very happy with the count . Hope to see you there !!! We got some wonderful raffles going off and the Chinese auction table has great things on it also.

Really need help with my puppy pick

I have 2 pups that I really like. Puppy A, is very striking. Her color and markings are really pretty and everyone that sees the litter comments on her first thing. Her confirmation, in my opinion it the 2nd best of the litter. Puppy B, is probably the better puppy between the two in confirmation, but she doesn't "stand out" in regard to her color and markings like puppy A does.

How much emphasis, if any, do you all put on "flash", when trying to decide which pup to keep?

Ward, YES IT IS!

(Re: Purina Pro Club is GREAT!!! by Steve (Login SummitBulldogs) Bulldogsworld Show Forum
You might want to check the Pro Club rules again. If you sign up to have your points go to the BCA you get nothing. If you sign up (I have been for several years) for yourself and send in the points you get the benifit and not the BCA. 7000 points gets me $70 in cupons for food purchases or about 2 free bags of food. I believe BCA uses the donated points for rescue vet bills and food.)
