My gosh that was AGES ago!! He was such a good boy. Anything for a Scooby Snack! Poor Booger cant have them.



I need to get Booger all dressed up but he is just now about to be two yrs old and has been wide open! No gettin outfits on that boy!! Might can try this summer though.

Tuffy is red! I have a few reds myself, so I am 100% positive! Tuffy is red and white. You can tell your husband that you won!

We TRY to "share" the Gabester as much as possible (but he IS my "Baby Boy"!

and Gabe, Cash, and Bentley are a few that make me envious!
I don't think we will be getting a new bully while we still have Audrey. She just has an intense disliking to other dogs, and I don't want to force her to live her life with the constant conflict.
Plus, after my other 2 dogs are gone, I don't want to share my time with another dog. I like having exclusive Audrey time!

This is embarrassing.. but, yeah I get jealous..
I take charlie to shows just to have the babies beat him..
He is king in my mind, but he just isn't good enough to beat the dogs..even the babies, at the shows.
People say keep trying, but heck...why.. just to be defeated again.. money spent.
I can scream politics..but its not that..He just cannot compete with the bulldogs out there.. head too small not enough of a back dip.Was told he is too thin..(he is thinner than the bullies at the ring )
He is a healthy dog.. runner jumper..very athletic.. hard to keep weight on him..which for his health is a good thing ..he won't be obese
heck at a fun match a 3 mnth old dog who couldn't walk beat him..

I have wanted to steal him ever since I saw him. If I ever find a bulldog that looks like him, even with the threat of death from my husband, I will add another bulldog to the house.

here. for sure ozzy!!!! i actually love your tuffy, too! gabe is beautiful & booger. hank is cool, too. these are just off the top of my head, but there are so many that i'm in love with the way they look. of course, i wouldn't trade my babies for anything =)

But nope...I already have her!!!! Shes pretty even if she isn't show quality!

Grover - he was always such a ham, silly, original, one of a kind and made Julia, and all of us, laugh every day.

However, I do feel lucky that Bear is such a good boy, so well behaved and he lets me dress him up in anything, something Sumo NEVER allowed.

2 weeks at Auntie Cathie's! Yippee!! Oh wait, I forget he's not mine. His mama says no. Sorry.

He is a sweetie boy. I love how he loves to cuddle and be held.

According to the Bulldog standard, brown is not mentioned: "red brindle, all other brindles, solid white, solid red, fawn or fallow, piebald, inferior qualities of the foregoing" in that order, are the colors listed so any breeder of the AKC bulldog must use those names to describe the individual pup. Age, nutrition, exposure to sunlight all make a hair coat change during the life of the dog. Black is not acceptable and is said to trace back to the original standard drafters wanting to include only other colors since an all black bulldogs' temperment were known to be mean and less than friendly. Temperment was high on the original drafter's list, if not first.

Personally, I love them all, and as a occasional breeder have seen striped ones fresh from the womb, but always they lose those markings as they grow.

I agree that brown is quite beautiful too. We definitely see more brown coats than red coats in bulldogs. It's just that when you see a true red coat it's rarer...
