Almost 13 years old, that is so amazing, I pray that I get to keep my babies that long, although I know that there is never enogh time with them. I am so sorry for the loss of your girl,

I am soooo sorry to hear about sweet Dale. As you know, I love the old ladies. She was a favorite of mine and I know she was so special to you. Just like Lily, who brought me to this board, which led me to Betty. Lily was a few weeks shy of 13 and laid in the sun in the springtime two years ago and her heart just stopped. Such a blessing, yet I was so unprepared and didn't get to say goodbye. I hope that you are at peace with how she went. She's running and playing and young again.

My prayers go out to you for the healing strength to get through the next few weeks of adjusting to life without her.
