Lily came to us in 2002, when she was 3 months old, and originally belonged to our oldest son, Rob. Due to his business and need to travel, we became the her adoptive parents on a full-time basis. She, along with Chunk, are now our "children" since we're empty-nesters. Needless to say, they are spoiled beyond belief. Lily sleeps spooned next to me (Bill) for most of the night. She knows a lot of words, like most bullies, and knows what activity is about to occur when she hears them. She loves hunting lizards around the outside of our home and delights in "swimming" with Chunk in their own plastic kiddie pool in the back yard. She enjoys lounging in my LazyBoy chair. She's a party girl and loves to meet and greet people and other pups. I can almost get a whole night's sleep, in between a 2 a.m. potty break and her snoring and twitching/dreaming/kicking. And you can only guess who hogs the bed. She is a pure delight and we're so glad she's a part of our family.
