VET VET VET - ASAP
Got to the closest emergency vet you can find. Better to be safe. Could be an obstruction.

He may also be dehydrated
check his toys and see if any of them are missing a part, especially the rubber toys. Also, do you give him rawhides of any kind?
Another possibility is pancreatitis. One of my dogs, a Lhasa, died from that summer before last, and one of my bulldogs, Clovis, came very close to dying from it just a month or two later. Not sure, but I think it was caused by cheese. About two months before they both got sick, I had started feeding them Kraft Cheese Cubes as cold treats for the summer weather. They both had symptoms very similar to what you describe for Bruce. Both threw up a lot including white foam, both wouldn't eat, and both became very lethargic. One way to possibly tell is to watch and see if he gets up every five to ten minutes to change position or move from one spot to another. The vet told me pancreatitis is very painful in the area of the stomach, and that is why they move like that. However, a dog can still have pancreatitis even if they don't move around like that, so don't go by that symptom alone.
I agree with Amy, Take Bruce to the ER vet tonite if there is one around. With my Lhasa, I decided to wait until the morning, and that delay probably cost her life. I learned my lesson, and when Clovis developed similar symptoms, I took her to the ER vet right away that night. She lived.
Good luck. I do hope it turns out to be something minor.

To the vet... immediately
at least that's what I'd do.
Jenny,
The symptoms you describe sound to me like he might have ingested something he can't pass. I would definitely err on the side of caution and take him to an ER vet tonight. If it isn't anything major, at least you will have that relief. If it is an issue, you will have done the best thing for him.
