He did really well...
his first class was about an hour long and he picked up on everything really fast. I was pleased with the trainer and the way she responded to Maverick. We go back again next Thursday, it is an 8 week course. Thank you for all the well wishes everyone. Mav was exhausted after class...all the excitement and running back and forth on the mat. I was too...lol
