Update (OT)

Hi everyone. I can't begin to thank you for your prayers and well wishes. Today was a VERY long day. Good news is that he responded to commands like to move his hands and feet (even though he's heavily sedated) which is a great sign showing that the neurological damage hopefully isn't much at all, if anything. Tonight before we left, when we went in the room and he heard our voices, he opened his eyes. It was a HUGE moment. They are hoping to be able to take the heart pump off tomorrow, but we need to take baby steps.

He is far from out of the woods, but the important thing is that the baby steps he will take, will be in the right direction.

Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of us. And if you can fit us in your prayers again tonight, my family and I greatly, greatly appreciate all the help we can get!

Continued Prayers for your Grandpa...

I'm glad to read your positive report...happy.gif
