Maybe just the stopping of those Government approved overprocessed tobacco products will do the trick. Just the tobacco in a new pack of freshly opened cigarettes has deadly germs that will grow in the lab to be some of the prettiest bacteria ya ever saw.
If I haven't lost ya, I saw a film on making cigarettes and it included making a chemical soup, adding chopped up tobacco making a slury and filtering the chemicals out on a vacumm drum filter, where it comes out looking like supersized fish food flakes, then it is uniformily cut to the form you are used to seeing. Not very natural.
But in the old days Tobacco had to be topped and the worms had to be picked off by hand. Now the tobacco tops and the worms are controlled by chemicals. I think if you grew the Tobacco in your yard, like my Great Uncle you might be able to use it till you are 89 like he did, but I wouldn't risk it.

cold turkey. For the first nine months I went to the gym 5 - 6 days a week and ate heart healthy and didn't lose not 1 pound. So one day I thought I'd have a big ole greasy burger and fries and since then I eat pretty much what I want. I was only 50 when I had my heart attack but to be very honest with you, I'm not at all afraid of dying so I eat what I want.
And 3 years since the heart attack? How have you kept heart healthy since then? Heart disease runs in my family and it has weighed on my mind heavily lately. I know I need to make some major changes in my life. I'm so scared of having a heart attack.
Congratulations! What a day to celebrate!!!
I hope you never have to experience that again!
