This is what I do.
Open the Flickr image you want to post. Above the image you will see several options including "All Sizes." Click on "All Sizes" and the largest version of your image will open. You now have the option to select smaller sizes.
Once you have opened the size you want to post, scroll down below the image and you will see the URL (http://blahblahblah). Simply copy the url and paste it into the BDW message text box.
