We had SO much trouble with our internet provider when we moved back to the 'Mainland' that in the end, we ended up having to switch from 'wireless' to ADSL to fix the problems which caused us to have to have a new email addy.
Oh and P.S. our internet provider had the cheek to charge us $260 'early disconnection' charge from our 'wireless' contract even when we are still with them !!!!! I'm fighting that one !!!
