Another use for tumeric
I steep fresh, peeled tumeric root in vodka for a couple of days, then take the root out and put the vodka in the freezer. It makes a delightful little shot or an addition to a savory martini.
Oh, yes. It is the weekend, isn't it? Maybe a little taste would be appropriate.
