do you cook sweet potato in microwave? On high? do you use yams?

I love your recipe. I do meatballs so I am looking for alternatives. This sounds great!

Bella is the worst dog for taking anything...at all by pill..

I seriously need to do something with her sniffer...lol. she smells everything and anything first that goes into her mouth...always.

he just totally loves the laser pointer. have you tried one on them on Sugar?? maybe you do not want her running like a wild woman...

Gus just loves it. it is great excersise for him and he is just like a big pup when he plays with it. he is soo darn funny and entertaining...always laugh and giggle when he plays with the pointer.

he is my problem fun child..lol.

they are deaf they don't miss anything in their path...you're right trying to call her back is not any option...lol at night if she spends too much time outside I flash the porch light for her and she usually comes in...

Gus is very sneaky and fast..he takes something...and he is soo darn quiet when he does it and then he is off..lol
go go go...of course he does not hear me yell at him...lol either
he has stole a few things..that you would not believe...mostly his brush for brushing him..and he just takes off and has a big chew fest..so he thinks anyhow....always watching for Gus here.

the gang will eat anything in their dishes..they are crazy though...lol I just walked away from my computer to check on dinner and Sugar got a hold of my paper towel and was eating it, she is a crazy nut worse than a kid you have to be careful with her she is fast and sneaky...

my dogs are not normal either..lol
they are not fussy about peanut butter..
I have tried that too...with no luck

Zoey had pancreatitis (remember that?!) and she cannot have anything with a high fat content in it and since this is a twice a day ritual....well, peanut butter was out!

Besides, my dogs don't like peanut butter (never said they were normal) all that much!

I have to admit, it tastes good.....smells good when it is in the mixer.

They will love it, I am sure!

sweet...you take such great care of those doggies... the gang just gets peanut butter wrapped around their meds...

In a blue moon, she will spit out a pill, but only those that don't have a coating on them (why do they make those, anyway?!)

watch out Gus..lol. he will love it I am sure. I am almost giving up on treat for him.

Sounds like Ozzy might have 2 diva friends on BDW

I tried just giving stuff to Cain and he will take it without putting it in anything so he is an easy boy.....lol.

However, Friday, The Diva, is not so easy so this is mainly for her.

and cook it for 5 - 5.5 minutes, extra large 6 minutes. I try to match my cutlet and sweet potato in size so the "mash" does not come out too dry (crumbly) or too wet.

Skin and all go into the mash so it is very healthy!

because she has no medication to take. Friday and Cain get daily medication so they get the "special" treats....lol

Gus is the top dog for not liking treats.
maybe I should make something like for a treat for him..
sounds like he might just gobble it up

and in the meantime..use them for pills for Bella too
think I might just give this a shot and try it out

she might try the bean but if she smells it...no way it is going over the hatch..lol guaranteed

Bella eats one piece at a time..the vet feels that is her biggest issue..instead of eating faster..she is pokey when it comes to eating
and got quite the sniffer...
good suggestion though Karen but for Bella that would not work for sure..she is really fussy...and a pain in the butt when it comes to the meds..

He loves his green beans so I strategically stuff the pills in his beans.





He gobbles it right up.
