He's trying to keep your mind off of all the ickiness. I had lasik a few years ago and the first week is the worst, not being able to wash my face and clean the gunk out of my eyes. But after the first week it was fantastic!

Hey, my daughter had Lasik last year & is really happy with the results. She wore glasses & contacts since 4th grade & for her 40th birthday had the lasik done. Good Luck!

Yeah, and I look so awesome without eye makeup. Yikes.

I know, I feel like I should let my eyes rest and stay off the computer but I can't!

The up close stuff for me was getting to be a problem too so I was getting to the point where
I couldn't see far and I couldn't see near without help so I thought if I had a choice I'd rather see
far without glasses!

I hope the surgery helps you, a lot of my friends have had it done. Lucky for me I can see for miles...it's just the up close stuff that is starting to give me trouble. Too much computer work!

I had both eyes done. They corrected my nearsightedness and astigmatism.
I need readers now but I was getting to the point where I was needing them anyway.
It was a very easy and quick procedure and my eyes were gritty and teary for a few hours
afterward but the discomfort really wasn't that bad. I had it done last Friday at 5pm
by 9am the next morning my vision was already 20/25. I go in again this Fri for another follow-up.

It's really crazy Celine! I don't think I've ever seen this clearly.
