I found out a few more things. Terri hit the saddle horn several times while her horse was bucking, causing a pulmonary edema. She passed out, then got bucked off, kicked in the head, landed on the side of her head she got kicked on....
She is doing remarkably well, following the nurses in her room with her eyes. That is an excellent sign...one we will gladly take as a good thing:-) Keep praying for her, she is gonna need all teh help she can get.
Thank you everyone....

Will send positive thoughts atd know........
that her tracking with her eyes is a good sign.
Keeping good thoughts and prayers coming
It does sound like a good update, a long way to go I'm sure.
Very sorry to hear .....
I haven't ridden in awhile. And, now that I'm a grandma, not quite so anxious to climb aboard anymore. I've had my share of spills and my bones aren't what they use to be. Things can go wrong with even the most seasoned and reliable equines.
Would rather drive them now.
Hoping for a significant recovery for Terri.
