Hi guys:-) Time for new baby pictures! Well, fairly new. The first one is Audrey a few weeks ago, two weeks before her surgery. Can you tell she loves bead necklaces? No, we didn't put any lipstick on her, she just had cute lips that day! She has her hearing aids in...she wouldn't let us take them out because she thought the photographer was the doctor and she didn't want her looking in her ears:-) The second pics are the day after the Cochlear Implant surgery. She had to wear the pads and head dress for a couple of days only. Now she is fine, she gets her implants turned on March 9th:-)

Granddaughters are so precious!

Here's ours, Madison Grace. She's 7 months old now and I met her for the first time last month in Alaska. Sadly, she was a sick little girl and ended up hospitalized for a few days with pneumonia, flu, and bronchitis. No happy pictures of her this trip. I will have to go back soon and see her now that she's returning to a happy baby.

I am so excited to find out how she does on the 9th, will she be able to hear right away? Or will this be the first time, I have a grand-daughter that has apraxia, she could not talk untill she was 6-7 years old, or at least very few words, was told she wopuld never have more than a few hundred words, yeah right, since she has learned to talk she has not stopped, children are so resourceful, I can hardly wait for the 9th.
