O/T if I could use some good thoughts and prayers...
Submitted by Bernata and Ang... on April 21, 2010 - 12:40amI know the power of this board so I am this time reaching out with all my heart for all the power of prayers there are out there...
My father has been taken to hospital, he is immobilized, has lost feeling in his legs and may not walk again in his life. The only option is surgery, if it can be performed, and this is a slim chance at this point. They are making this determination today and on Monday.
I am thousands of miles away from him...
This has been the most difficult time in my life, my babies sick, Lily close to crossing rainbow bridge...my father now ill...if you could spare a few prayers, please, I would appreciate it so wholeheartedly.

My husband just went through surgery, a laminectomy, to relieve pressure on the nerves to his left leg. It worked & his leg is improving daily. I pray there is a surgery that will work for your Dad.

Please give Lily kisses for me, I know how hard it is when you know they are on their way and your time together is limited. It was the hardest time in my life when I knew Floyd was going to leave me soon....I made everyday special and made sure I kissed him and told him I loved him so much everyday.
