Hey everyone! So I got a letter on my door this evening saying the Orkin pest control is spraying my apartment in the morning to prevent bugs. The letter said just to keep your pets out of the apartment during the time of the spraying. I was wondering though if I needed to keep Mason out of there for a while afterwards too? Mason has major allergies so I worry he will have a reaction to it.
Oh yes, I would definately stay away from the time they start sp
complex until after it is completely aired out. I am allergic and even though they always say it is safe, I can tell whenever someone has sprayed for bugs. When I taught at school, I could always tell the moment I walked in the door if the building had been treated recently. An allergic bully could react badly...better safe than sorry.
And always .....Winston
Thanks for the suggestion!
It would have been nice to have known before 5 this evening that they were coming at 10 in the morning. At least they did tell me though I guess instead of them just showing up in the morning. Thanks again for the suggestion, hopefully it doesn't affect Mason any.
I would
Definitely keep him out of there while they are spraying. When they get done, I would go in and "air out" the apartment, open all windows, turn on fans and then stay out of there for a couple of hours.
