NOW that I have a FOREVER bed partner..lol.....why does he sleep at my head..lol

Instead of stepping over Gus and him having a fit at night if I had to get up. Deaf dogs do startle at night time..so I put him up with me ..that was over a month and half ago and all was going well..UNTIL

he decided that he did not want to sleep at the bottom of the bed anymore..but right at my head. Last night even he wanted to share my pillow....lol. I moved him..and he was right back up there again.

tonights plan is to put another couple of pillows on my bed..and maybe he will lay on the pillow beside me..instead of mine..

I also sleep with my rescued pug..and Max loves to be up there at my head too..

what gives with that..LOL
tons of bed..to sleep on...
YOU would think they would love to sprawl out...instead of being soo close

I love having Gus to sleep with though
soo nice to have a bulldog in the bed..
he normally slept on the floor but he is really starting to love the bed..he is asking for help to get up at night and down in the morning..so I guess this is a permanent thing..

he is becoming my right hand Man..lol

Gus is really staying close to me these days
even more so lately then before..
he is always close..
that is what I love about him..
he is such a cutie pie when he snuggles at night too
but wow..he sure does hog that pillow..lol

I have no idea why they insist on sleeping at the top..like that
my pug has always slept above the pillow with his head turned down on my pillow

But only to my husband. He likes to use my chest as a pillow if its just us, but when my husband is in bed, too, he immediately goes to the area of the pillow above my husband's head.

I am just glad that Gus is happy to be up there..
but he does not need to be a hog..

for the longest time he would not sleep on the bed
he preferred the floor so this is a nice treat
the pug sleeps above the pillow and my head
but he is very close too

he sure as heck tries...lol

I slept right at the edge of the bed last night
I think it is kinda cute..
but still he is really gotta be close.
had to laugh..snoring in the ear last night..
