got no sleep last night at all...but at least I have a plan here
first of all I called the breeder of the pugs last night. I Know her fairly well and talked about this lady and also about Max. she said when Max was returned the lady claimed she had to move because of her ex and they did not allow dogs so therefore she could not keep Max. she dropped him off ..and left.

the breeder told the lady that Max was rehomed to a lady in Kincardine. she gave my phone number..part of the agreement when the dog was dropped off was she would know where he went.
I agreed to foster max and ended up keeping him. well then the vet seen Max.. I had to take him in, I had a hard time getting near him, he just cringed at the sight of anyone. he shook all the time, would not come out of his crate and had nightmares. the vet checked him out and said he did not have any aggression issues but he was abused and very very scared.
at this point the lady admitted that her ex husband beating him all the time and her too. she also had false medical records of Max vaccines drawn up..I had to revaccinate him for all his puppy shots.

I worked like ...... with that pug for a year and half. everyday socializing and playing and loving him.

I am refusing all contact with this lady
she called the breeder and left this urgency that she needed to see Max too..she is doing the same thing..no contact

I see a lawyer on Friday for other things..will ask him what he thinks about all this
so the latest is she is calling the breeder too looking for Max. she called me wanting to see Max. this is pretty weird if you ask me and scary too. she knows the town that I live in, but not my address.

I will NOT let any of the dogs go out on their own..even in the fenced yard. I have no idea what this lady looks like so I guess trust nobody for now that approaches Max..air on the side of caution. the breeder feels his lady feels very quilty and she said very distraught and unstable.

I am worried about all of my dogs..not just Max..
she lives approx an hour from me for travelling.
called the police and they said they can do nothing unless she approaches the house..then they could charge her with tresspassing. harrassment is very hard to prove they said and it needs to carry on for a long time before it comes down to a charge and there has to be a threat involved.

sure has been stressful to say the least
