I was gone at the Micheal Moore speech and missed the post before, sorry to hash it up again, but I would like to say my part.
I am sorry that you feel your picture post was ignored, and I am trying not to take it personally that you used my dog and I as a "bad" example. Let it be known that there was a time when I was scared to post a picture of my dog because he has a red nose. And let it also be known that I have been told by others that they don't want me on this board both in public and in private emails. And it tickles me every time my 3 year old neice associates an image of a bulldog with Murphy (as he has been mistaken with being a pug or a sharpei..and those are the more flattering mistakes). It hasn't always been wonderful being on this board, and most everyone has been 'picked on' at some time or another.
Also, I don't want you to go on thinking that this is the "Emily" show, or that it's anyone's show for that matter and that there are 'cliques' on this board that you are not a part of. You can only get out as much as you put in to this board. Please don't think that you are liked any less than anyone else here. Also, it does depend on the time of day that you post a pic. Sometimes, if it's late at night, I'll 'save' a picture to post the next day during the afternoon. And get this, there are people who I talk to on instand messenger almost EVERYDAY of my life for SEVERAL hours and they almost never respond to my pics.. I have to beg sometimes for them to say something about my old Moop. Sh!t happens.
With that said, I did look at your halloween posts. Automatically whenever I see a post that elludes to the fact that there are several pics in it, I have to stop all other windows and programs that are open and in use. I am on a free dial-up internet service that my school has provided me. It takes forever, and I mean forever to see posts that contain a lot of pictures. For example, I LOVE the Julia and Grover stories with all the pictures, but sometimes it's a pain in the a$$ to sit there and wait for them to load. And by the time they do load, it has taken so longthat the ones on the bottom of the page have now turned into red x's and I have to right click on them and select 'show picture' and wait for them to re-load again.
I profusely apologize that I did not get a chance to see all of your pictures or reply to you about the pictures that I did see, and I sincerely mean that. I do understand that your feelings are hurt, and like I said, I have been there too. Another example would be when someone has a medical issues (like a sore wrinkle or itchy skin), and no one replies but the bulldog in the pink tutu gets 20 posts. It just happens. Please don't take it personally or so seriously. You and Miss Maya are welcomed here for sure!
And just one last thing: I think you were the lady who posted your baby in the gorgeous pink little princess dress. Not only was that one of THEE cutest things I have ever seen, but I e-mailed that picture to my mom, got off line to use the phone (because I am on dial-up and only have one line), called my mom at work, and told her that she HAD to check her email immeditately because I just emailed her the cutest picture of a bulldog EVER! I have the picture saved on my computer and I've looked at it several times since you posted it on September 28th...which by the way, you got 15 responses to that post!
So, please don't take it personally. Trust me, I would have been bummed if I posted all those pics from your big event only to get a few replies too. Don't let that make or break your time on Bulldogsworld! We want you here!

Did you know that
Spikey died? I miss her posts too, and her beauiful pictures.
How does your wife feel about that crush, huh?...lol j/k
My humble opinion is
with the Mid West Bully Fest, Vegas bash and the Bulldog play dates some of you have become good friends.
And that is neat! Personally I think It's really cool to see all of you together in the pic's .. .
But the new guys and the people who can't attend these events (sometimes) gets the door shut on them.
off the topic - does anyone know what happen to Netti? I've been waiting for her to post and it just isn't happing. You know
I had a crush on her... shhh... let that be our little secret!
Trust me...
I feel like the biggest dork ever sometimes when I post. Sometimes I'll post a joke or something, and I feel stupid because I feel like nobody gets my sense of humor. But, silly me I never let it deter me....I'm a glutan for punishment and just keep posting.
I may not be the most popular, but the friends I have made here are priceless. Sometimes, you have to go for quality instead of quanity(although I love just about everyone here). Overall this is a great group of people.
I am guilty, too
I just have got on to try to catch up, and believe me, it has taken a while to get thru all the responses on this subject. Many said it well, and I'm like Denise and Emily in that sometimes I just have time to peek here and there, and not have time to post a lot. My computer is the same, takes a while to post, for the board to come back up,etc. So, if I am really short on time, I skim over and see if there appears to be any real important posts, things happening. If I have a little more time, I then try reading them all. If I have lots of time (which lately, I haven't had), then I try to reply to most. Guess I am as guilty as others. I apologize to those I have ignored, but understand, you haven't been ignored.....you've brought a smile to people's faces, a chuckle and laugh to brighten the day, but perhaps that person just then couldn't post a reply.
I don't remember what post it was the other day at work, whatever the picture was, I busted up laughing out loud. I'm in an office with 9 other people. I quickly had to minimize and go back to my work.
Re: My thoughts about Ariane's post..may be a little late..and a

Thats me lol love ya EM!
I will post under your pics for now on!
I didn't mean that like it sounds....
I meant my husband prefers "women who could kick his ass"....similar to myself. He likes bigger girls, I'm 5'11" ( ;o( I hate being tall).
Damned text makes things confusing...
LMAO
******I prefer the ladies who couldn't kick my a$$.******
You haven't met ME yet....lmao, j/k
Anna Nicole, and China ?
I prefer the ladies who couldn't kick my a$$.
thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it...
You're right,
at least Spikey had a wondeful life at the end.
My husband has crushes too, but I find them comical...Anna Nicole, and China the wrestler...for some reason that makes me crack up. I have to admit I have a huge crush on James Hetfield (Metallica), and my hubby doesn't care. I was just giving you a hard time. The charming thing about Ben Affleck is he seems like just a regular ol' guy, someone you could meet in line at the grocery store or something.
You and your wife are lucky to have each other, you are a very attractive couple. Not to mention all those beautiful bullies.
Spikey died?
No I didn't know that. Well dang it anyways.
At least he had a good ending to his life.
Kim has crushes too... that dork Ben Affleck.
Out of all the Celeb's too like it had to be him.
