I have been thinking of her since she was posted on the rescue board on September 2009. Thanks for taking such wonderful care of her...........and, I hope that she has found her "perfect" home.....with YOU!!! She is truly special........Always, Diane
Bella's doing great
She really has me trained, lol. She doesn't like to go outside if it's dark, rainy, cold or just about any other time and so she makes me carry her out. Then, she will bark until I bring her back inside.
Physically she is much improved. The daily eye meds keep her dry eye under control but she does have permanent damage to her eyes from years of neglect. She has gained about 12 lbs and her ears have greatly improved. The next hurdle will be getting her spayed. I don't look forward to that but her health has improved enough that it is now possible. The only reason I will get her spayed is because she had pyometra after her last cycle and I'm afraid she will get it again.
If I find a GREAT home for Bella then I will rehome her. Otherwise, she will stay with me.
