Do you mean I can just give the dog a straight from the store raw bone? I also got this cool tuff half kong like half frozen ice bone at walmart made by booda that I just refill and freeze that my guy really likes and gives him the extra water he needs.

my dogs go nuts over them
they eat out the marrow and chew on the bone forever it seems.
I just toss them when I feel they are getting a bit worn..
yea only raw..do not boil the bones...raw bones do not splinter.

soup bones are great for all dogs..
saved a number of things when my guys were just tiny
they would far sooner chew a bone and serves the need to chew in dogs with the bone
