I KNEW Christmas would come back to Haunt me..lol
Submitted by Anonymous on April 21, 2010 - 12:39amyesterday we took Bella to the petshop. I had to get a few things. Bryan took Bella for a walk around the isles and what does she do. she sees a red teaser ball....tons of other colour ones but she took the red one box and all and proceeded to open the box. my son was laughing so hard as were the sales people. I taught Bella to open all her gifts for the bully Christmas and LOOKS like she will always remember that..lol
the sales tossed Bella the ball down the isle. this continued for a half an hour or longer. everyone was laughing and Bella was having a blast.
in the end we BOUGHT the ball, the store gave Bella a discount...they sold 2 other teaser balls when customers came in and saw Bella playing with the one down the isle.
I think Bella should apply for a job...advertising them ...for the petshop.
what a hoot and good for a laugh.
Bella has 3 red teaser balls now, 2 jolly balls, 1 jolly ball with a rope and 2 smaller jolly balls with handles and a small teaser ball for in the house...LUCKY BULLDOG.

yea she is pretty smart...even smarter to pick the red one..lol
her teaser ball here is red that she plays with..only colour that she loves.
of all the toys she could have picked..out

and then maybe it was BDW since I got the idea from here...
she totally loves it
the other 2 teaser balls they sold to a guy with a lab..
the lab will love them too I am sure.

she could really sell these for a living and pay for her dogfood..lol

teaser balls are awesome
she lost about 5 pounds last year playing with it outside soo much..good excersise.love it..even more then the jolly ball type
I have a purple teaser ball here Gary...that is NEVER used..
also a purple jolly ball on a rope that is seldom used too. maybe Gus the odd time but never Bella.
if the ball is NOT red..she will not play with it ...
I read somewhere that blue is the perferred colour with toys for dogs. they are studies for dogs now that are showing that they are not as colour blind as once thought. they see colours but in a different way then we do..
it was fun yesterday for all concerned though
and Bella walked out the store with the teaser ball in her mouth

My first bulldog had a thing for green toys
especially green stuffed toys that looked like dragons or alligators. I often hear that dogs are mostly color blind but I wonder if that is true.
Glad to hear Bella had so much fun.
