sump pumps in flooded areas right now, please be sure to have a working Carbon Monoxide Detector or Carbon Monoxide Monitor with fresh batteries.

I am so sorry for those here at BDW that have suffered flood damage.

An elderly neighbor of mine on my street has had extensive flood damage in her home. She is staying with her niece until her home can be repaired. Her niece's building doesn't allow dogs, so her 2 dogs have moved in with me until her home is repaired and she can go home.

here is a tip for ones that use electrical sump pumps..for power

these are the greatest things in the world to have as well.
if the power goes out or your run out of the gas for sump pump..
they run off the water pressure of the house..they require no power to run
they can not be used all the time.
I installed mine just before we had a major power outage and the little sump buddy kept up fine.
they are more for the board members the that use electrical sump pumps.
