I've lived her 7 years and I've never seen another bulldog around my San Ramon neighborhood. I've never seen one in Sonoma either.
Got a post card from a Sonoma vet looking to recruit business. He is featured on the front of his flier holding a cute bulldog. Might have to check him out.

When Shannan lived a few streets over, I saw her three, but she only lived here for a year or two. Other than her dogs, I've probably only seen 10 bulldogs in 10 years in my area.

there are many others that are close by as well I am not out and about that much in town to see them there was 6 the night of the hockey game my sons said out to meet and greet before the bulldog game..Gus was one of the 6 of them.
the one just around the corner..just found out ..the vet called about this deaf bulldog. I did not even have a clue that a bulldog lived that close to me to be honest.
I think towards summer..the heat will keep most of the bulldogs indoors. should see more of them in the springtime.

neighborhood that I know of. Bulldogs are very popular here. We have lots of kids in our neighborhood and the owners have told me that one of the main reasons they got an English Bulldog was because of their great temperment with children. Seven of these Bulldogs in our neighborhood came from rescue.
There are some in the nearby town of Old Greenwich but only one that I know of in our neighborhood in Stamford. I'm hoping to find a Bullie meetup at some point in the spring!
none ever...

I don't rescue animals because I want to feel better about myself, or morally superior to anyone. The best part of my life with animals is the humility they teach and the humanity the foster.

Unfortunately, quite a few
My area seems to be full of backyard breeders. They seem to see puppies and $$$ signs.
I know of 3 personally and have seen one more that
lives down the street. So counting my 2 there are 6 in a 2 block area.
Rarely see them here
