they all get along with the rabbit fine

Thumper is my first and 11 seens very old for a rabbit
but he is still here
much better then he was before..
he looks good and he is very friendly
great with everyone but the CAT...he totaly hates my cat. he will jump at the cage at cat even..think that is learned from the bullies..lol. Bella does not like the cat either

we have had Mini Lops, all deceased now. My sweet Holland Lop Saylor died 3 years ago, still miss him. He was the sweetest little thing.

of a rabit. did not think that they would live as long as he has..
with me being the 8 home..figured everyone had him likely a year or so..
so we came up with 7 at the vets..lol for his age.
he has 7 different names too.
his food bucket came with all these names on it..and crossed out and then the next..and the next...

he sure is not intimidated with the large bullies..lol
he just walks around them..no problem.

What a great shot! Bella is so beautiful and that bunny is adorable..

what a hoot it was to get the rabbit to hold still.
he wanted nothing to do with this
is the one pic he hid behind Gus...even..
he is great with the bulldogs though..

I thought he was a gonner when I came home and found the cage open and the rabit gone. the cage was on top of my counter so he could be around the family more.
once I put him back in the cage, Gus let him out again and again.
HOW he is in a big dog crate that I do not use anymore...

his nails were all ingrown...and the vet had to pull the nails part way out to clip them. did not charge me for it... since I rescued him. the vet was suprised at how calm he was..since he was a male. the vet said he is quite the thumper..hence his name..haha

We have some Easter bunnies, too. We have also had them 4 years ago this Easter. But they were little babies then, being used as photo props by a local photographer for kids' Easter pix. He had no idea what he was going to do with them after Easter. I envisioned them being released into the field behind his studio, so I jumped in and took them!

I have never been brave enough to have them out around Toby though. They have braved the cats but are scared of the parrot.

I am glad Thumper did not run off but was chillin' with the rest of the pack.

Gus is 54 pounds and the poor little rabbit is lucky if he is 1 pound
call it MUTT and JEFF...hahahaha

And that makes it all the cuter!! What should we put for a caption on that first one???
