Gus says sometimes HUMOUR is best....

we all need some humour. good for the mind and the soul.
with helping all these deaf dogs lately...a sense of humour is a must.
being DEAF according to Gus is the first thing that comes up in the convo..lol
-your deaf dog will NEVER be woken up during its beauty rest
-your dog will never be bothered by appliance noise or outside noise..EVER
-your dog will never have to be taught the word NO..hand sign or no word..NO
-your dog will always be right in your face...deaf dogs love to hang out with you.....
LIVING with a deaf dog explains that you need to ligten the mode some and see the brightness to deafness to be able to handle it..
I have done that..and Gus too. I tell everyone that Gus has the best bully smile..he has a great sense of humour..

yea he is my baby...
he is truly a big suck.
his deafness does not stop him from doing anything..this man has no fear..lol
he is a true love bug too..and so full of great bulldog antics..
always a hoot to laugh at..
he truly is a great bulldog
my sons were joking that if he ever needed to be rehomed..they would both be arguing over who gets him..
he is great with both of my sons as well.
he looks like such a big love

that is true of Sugar she has to be right with
you her butt laying very close to you while she is sleeping...my hubby gets up with her in the night and "tucks" her back in to bed when she barks...he is such a great man to do that...

that is the sad thing..can not hear you love them but....
on the same side..Gus is far more snuggly then Bella.
he is right on my heels all the time
he gets petted the most too..he loves to be petted and hugged..
he knows he is loved...but to say it and hear it would be nice too
Gus just takes it in stride..
very relaxed kinda bully
and he does smile lots too..lol

I talk to all the time like she can hear me, what I miss is that she can't hear me tell her how much I love her...

they can't even hear you come home until you are in the house and they realize it...lol
