Gretl's bizarre behavior continues... (pics)
Submitted by Julia on April 21, 2010 - 12:40amA couple weeks ago, I shared this photo, and mentioned how Gretl always does this. Piles all of her toys up at the door. 
I have no idea why. I've let her take a few toys out to see if that's what she's wanted, but she drops them in favor of rocks, sticks, and pine cones. And then forgets about them. ![[linked image]](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2711/4388787322_6a11e923e1.jpg)

I don't get it.
But hey, at least you can see how happy she is. As Liz said, no more sad eyes! You'd never know she was spayed a couple days ago! She's even crazier than normal because she's got ALLLLLL This pent up energy since I'm trying to keep her calm and crated. LOL...

Julia - does she ever lay at the door?
My friend's boxer loves to lay in front of the door so much so that they actually moved one of his beds over to the spot and he brings some of his toys there too. Lucky for them it's their front door and its not used by anyone regularly so they don't have to step over him at all.
Maybe Gretl's decided she'd like another spot for herself to hang out in... Or she's simply redecorating - lol
She's preparing for summer camp
she wants her stuffies to know where the door is so they get to come along too.
I can see Gretl sitting by the campfire listening to doggy ghost stories, going for canoe rides, giving wedgies to other bulldogs, short-sheeting the camp counselors' beds, hiding a cat under their pillows, boosting a counselor's car to go joy riding for some Ben & Jerry's, peeing in the camp's swimming pool, and painting poodle grafitti on the cabins' walls.

Oz does the same thing!!!
The only difference is that he brings all his toys to his bed... It is too funny. He also has to have a toy whenever anyone comes in the house.. No matter who it is he goes frantic if he cant find one.. He has a toybox..but he has to find the right one when someone comes in.. It is so funny...

She's adorable! Jayda will bring every toy we have in to the living room when we're in there but she never tries to bring them to the door!
