it was rather funny to see them.

I got some pork hocks. I figured there was meat on them, skin on them and some bone. they are fairly meaty really.

was a hoot to watch them all.....pugs and bullies included..lol
first they looked at it
then they licked it
and chewed and chewed and got nowhere really but they enjoyed it anyhow

was one big sloppy mess to clean but worth it just to see the reaction in the dogs

I know with the soup bones..raw...the meat is the first thing to do on the bones. maybe the skin on the pork hock made it more difficult not sure..

anyhow was fun...to watch.
and think the dogs enjoyed it too

I give credit to the ones that feed raw. I discussed feeding raw with the vet the other day when we took in Bella and she was right against it completely. but years ago and in the wild...raw is what the dogs had to eat..so makes sense to me ..that they would like to try some raw anyhow.
