We're doing the whole thing - corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. I'd like to make some soda bread but I don't think I'll have a chance. What about you?

Yup, having corned beef myself tomorrow. Think I'll stick it in the crockpot tomorrow morning, although I've never used a crockpot before! I usually cook it on top of the stove. But I'm going to be out for awhile tomorrow, so thought I would give it a try.
Going to head outside and get some Kimmie pictures for this year... wish me luck!
