Dozer would like to introduce........(drum roll please..)

His new brother Danny!!!!

He's a sweetheart and a half, Dozer really hasnt seemed to mind too much. He needs a grooming and a trim something awful but he was just neutered yesterday so he has to wear the cone of shame for a few days because he keeps licking his stitches. He really took to the car ride home/house/yard ect... He's house broken, crate trained, and a sweety to boot.

Best of all he is super sweet to all dogs too, i took him by the dog park to burn off some energy since hes been in a shelter cage for a week and he was all wags and smiles to every dog he saw. The only bad behavior i've seen is that i think he may be a houdini, he tried to escape the gate at the dog park. But he will not be left outside unattended so this won't be an issue. For now Dozer and Danny are on supervised play only and will be crated in seperate crates but near each other when i have to leave. Obediance training is next for both of them.

He is fully grown about 2 yrs old..

He was a stray no tags or collar found wandering the street. After watching him at the dog park today i think i know how he may have became a stray. He's a houdini i think, he tried to squeeze under the gate at the dog park and probably would have succeded if i hadnt intervened. He will be getting a tag with my phone num and a microchip ASAP for that very reason. I'm not leaving him outside unattended either. I think he may have simply escaped from a back yard. So far he doesnt exhibit any really terrible behavior, he barks a bit at first when crated but after 30 minutes or so he quieted down and behaved. He learned to si on command today after just 4-5 tries i was very pleased. And he seems to love Dozer to pieces. So we're keeping fingers crossed that things get better from here.

We're going to try very hard to make this work. I really want Dozer to accept other dogs and i want to keep Danny i'm already attached. He sits at my feet and just dozes, i think hes had a big day.
