Dolly has learned something new!

She will now go up & down our basement steps! A few weeks ago, our son-in-law & grandsons came & replaced our basement stairway after my husband had that terrible fall. Tore out the old & rebuilt new wider steps with 2 bannisters. I decided to coax Dolly on them yesterday & she did it like a pro. So now when I go down to walk on the treadmill, Dolly can go with me & play with her jolly ball & get some exercise too.

I'd post a pic but we're having trouble with our main computer. We've got some kind of virus that disguises itself as anti-virus software. I now see that our area TV station is having a special report on about this virus tonight at 6pm. I'll have to watch it but I think our computer is completely screwed! Anybody else ever hear of this or ever have this virus?

She's so smart!!---

Good for Dolly!!

Hey Judy...my gang has the same routine as Dolly! Every day after I feed them their breakfast, they all follow me down to the basement and play while I walk on the treadmill. Sometimes I'll walk Ruf and Duff on it too, but Remy and Eve are afraid of it.

Yay, Dolly! It sounds like you took to those stairs very quickly

Ollie had to be carried up the stairs for the first three weeks we had her because she was afraid of them. But she wanted to be near me more than she was afraid, so...voila! She hops up two at a time now, lol. Congratulations on the new stairs. Glad you have safer "travels" now happy.gif
Hugs,
Maggie

Way to go Dolly girl - you little "stair master"! LOL

Twister did the stairs for the first time this weekend too - I had his eye tested at the dog show and the portable building the Dr. was in has stairs and they were the scary stairs that were open too - what a guy!!

way to go Dolly

my one pug absolutely refuses to use the downstairs steps but that is ok..the other pugs go down 2 steps at a time sometimes... Bella though is very careful going down the steps.

did you try a free download of AVG.
I think what you will need a program that does say antivirus on your machine. I had a few virus somewhat similar to the one that you have..should say my sons have and I cleared them out...with AVG

do a google search and it is free. great little program out there to try

Hooray for Dolly!

Workouts are more fun when they're shared!!

Judy, I have heard of this virus. One of the IT people in our office was telling me about it on Friday.

That Dolly is one smart cookie!

Are you going to designate the basement as the girls' gym? lol

Way to go Dolly!~

How nice of them to make new steps for you. =)

Here at work the warehouse people had something major hit their computer (where we have firewalls etc up the yin yang). It's a nasty one that kept shutting down our UPS System. The computer fellow came in and did something to fix it in the warehouse and added some Malware software for the rest of us to scan daily. I got some kind of weaker variation of it a few weeks ago but it was found by the special software. I hope your computer can be updated and isn't "totally screwed". Thankfully ours were/so far ok - I'm pretty sure its the same as you're talking about.
