I have been giving her a bland diet of chicken and rice..her stool is A little better---color is right but not the runny ness... So I was going to wait out the vet for a day or two when My 4year old bully came in this morning with blood runny from his rectum too!!!!!!!!!!! OMG not sure what is wrong.. They are both acting normal with eating and playing... They have appointments tomorrow at 11 but until then any ideas??????

Sounds like some internal parasite...
I would wonder if they ate or drank something 'dirty' outside. Antibiotics should clear this up (along with that bland diet for another day or two).

sounds like a parasite or virus.
vet should get you figured out.
make sure they are eating and drinking, just to be sure they are hydrated until the apt.
bring poop with you.

better to bring one of each bullies in...

are you bringing in a stool sample for the vet?? just in case they do not always ask for one..they might need one. just a thought
