I have posted this question before but wanted to bring it up again. Does anyone else's bully's mouth leave black stains all over the bed or couch? Bubba had a bath on Thursday and I wash my sheets Thursday and I looked this morning and there is black marks all over the bed where his mouth was laying. I try to wipe his mouth every day and never really find much black stuff but somehow it gets all over the comforter and couch. Does anyone else have this problem? I can not figure out exactly where it comes from in those chops or how to keep it clean? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Yep, black globbers here too. Good question for a vet!
good question. I know it's nothing to worry about, but I'd like to know why they have black globbers too!
I don't rescue animals because I want to feel better about myself, or morally superior to anyone. The best part of my life with animals is the humility they teach and the humanity the foster.

mine too...
cooper has black goop inside the edges of his lips every morning. i have to wipe it out with a baby wipe. i don't notice it during the day, so i figure it's from his mouth being dry at night?
yes
my 2 leave marks too, it can be from their eyes, folds, i have now started to put an old sheet on my furniture and bed
SAME here but no idea where is comes from..
Hope everyone has a great day
don't have this problem...but curious as to the reason.
??
let me know if you find out..
I'm pretty sure it's in the make up of their saliva and not from dirt or anything they eat.

Just wondering what/if anything I can do or where they come from
so I can try and minimize them as much as possible. I can't believe so much can accumulate after one night of sleeping or one day on the couch. Hope the crew's doing great.
