Betty and I are going camping this weekend

It's still cold and rainy, but my neighbor, who loves my dogs too, misses Raven like me. So, she and I are going away from it all for a "girl's weekend" with Betty in my little vintage Bigfoot trailer: Bessie The Traveling Egg.

We are going to a campground in Napa County. I'm bringing Betty's stroller to do some hiking, have wine and cheese, read, bake cookies.

Got 4" of snow about 15 miles from here last night. But, the trailer has a heater. And it's kinda fun to hear the rain on the roof if it rains this weekend.

Make sure to bring light reading (may I suggest the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich - your library probably has them all) and a warm, toasty blanket to cuddle under with Miss Betty.

Sounds like a nice relaxing time. Cookies....YUM!

I love taking the camper to the dog shows. I take several New newver seen click flicks and eat candy in bed, inbetween the dog showing and friend mingling.
