We have just started feeding them raw and were grinding the chicken, but the grinder stopped grinding, so we decided to just chop it up. They LOVED it and ate it just fine.
My hubby swings a mean cleaver too! He took it outside this time, learned his lesson from the first in house attempt with the hunks a-flyin'.

We feed Lily and Chunk a raw diet too, and I swear, that looks like the same way I prep their meals, minus the snow. I swing a mean cleaver! Bon Appetite, Audrey!

Pretty Please...

one had some diahrrhea, but we ran out of chicken with bone, so I can understand why. The old 13 year old dogs have really responded well. They look great and seem to have more energy. They were actually RUNNING in the yard yesterday in the snow!They absolutely LOVE eating it too.

talk our son has a bulldog and his girlfriend has a rat terrier..they just finished the book about feeding raw and started yesterday with turkey necks...

although Daddy was a bit worried he'd cut my tongue off if I stuck it on the cutting board, so I don't think he'll budge on it.

and yes I got a BIG bowl of that chicken.
Then I snuck in and had a bite of my old sister's chicken too.
Mommy says I am going to get fat if I keep sneaking chicken like that.
I can't help it though, I just love it so much.
