List View Question

If I use List View to read posts, at the bottom of the page appears "1 of 13 >>" but I have no way to get to "2 of 13" and so on. What am I doing incorrectly?

Unlike other sites, blogs and forums that I frequent, it doesn't work for me in the List View here.
