Some of you may remember our FIRST foster girl, Princess Leia (named by the Rescue Group-----we had a family of 5 doggies

brought in, so they gave them all  "Star Wars" names).....2 have been adopted, but 3 remain in foster...Leia was with us for

6 weeks, and we tried so many things, but she and Sophie got into HORRIBLE fights and I couldn't watch Sophie get attacked

and get any more minor wounds.  We miss the little gal, I pray she finds a good home!

I made Princess Leia some side buns by rolling up brown socks and attaching them to a tulle headband 

A week ago, we started fostering sweeeet Daphne.....she is a LOVE BUG....we are smitten!  How anyone

could sell her on Craigslist is beyond us !!!!   Once she gets spayed next week, we're pretty sure she'll

get adopted quickly.....I have been asking hubby if we miiiiiiight consider adopting her, (he adores

her, too!), but we just aren't ready for THREE yet.....also, we are ready to focus on just our two

babies again----this fostering has taken SO much away from them.  We want to take a break from

fostering until the Fall....also because we have several house guests coming this summer.....it'd be

a bit much!  Although Daphne is calmer than Leia, she and Sophie still have to be separted....Many

of my wayyy more experienced Foster  peeps say that  girls rarely get along----it's such a shame!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how sweet, calm Meaty's face is saying "it's alll okay, girls, let's all just be nice!" He is SO

cute when they have a scuffle, he gets in between them---just stands there as a nice, calming force...he's

such a cute wittle peacemaker!!! 

I'm always concerned that Meaty & Sophie feel a bit neglected, so I try to give 'em extra lovinsss
