O/T...two more new "kids"...

I am now the proud owner of two more soon to be beautiful horses! One is a 4 year old Percheron stallion (not for long, we are gelding him this morning!), named Titan. The other a little 20 year old a Quarter a Horse gelding named Ranger. I have both at the vet for various things...Ranger will be home tomorrow, Titan will be boarded at vet for 30 days and then I will bring him home and introduce him to the herd. Gotta get some of that testosterone out first!!

Ranger came home today, he will get some good weight back and be a happy boy very soon! I love rescue/rehab stuff!

The before and afters are amazing. I've been following and even donated to a local horse rescue here in Southern California. They recently took in 38 horses from a supposed rescue...Not. I know rescue is rewarding, but looking at these majestic animals and seeing what people do is sickening. I'm looking forward to seeing your two in the future.

I don't know how to post pictures anymore. Sigh. The big black Percheron and the little skinny bay were the two I was trying to post pics of. My other gophers are all fat and happy and healthy, now it's Titan and Rangers turn to be so as well:-)

They are good boys. The big guy is a little rambunctious...LOL! Will be fine in a couple of months!
