Carmine Has Crossed the Rainbow Bridge 11/7/99-2/11/15

My dear sweet Carmine took his final breath on this earth a couple of days ago. I made the decision to assist in his transition into the light due to his diminished quality of life. I saw that he was no longer "living" but rather "existing" just for me and it was breaking my heart. He lived for 15 years, 3 months and 4 days! Every single moment of every day with my boy was a gift. My heart is heavy knowing I cannot feel his kisses on my face or hear his gentle snore in bed beside me. He was the most adorable, playful, feisty, stubborn, loyal, clever and lovable Frenchie I could ever in my wildest dreams have wished for. He was my King and he passed peacefully in his Castle. This Forum was kind enough to choose him for Bully of The Month in December. I am eterally grateful. Blessings to all your Bullys!

So sorry

My heartfelt condolences on your  loss of Carmine. I remember you over the years as you gave me advice a few times esp about ear canals. I know your heartach as my boy passed as well Dec 29/14. (Mr. Higgins)  15 years is a good age for a Frenchie but I am sure that is of no comfort now. All the best to you in your healing process.

He was a gift to you. And you were to him.

It's very good when two beings meant to be together spend such a life. My heart is with yours tonight.

Thank you all for your kind words of comfort

His cremated remains were just dropped off this morning and it really hit me hard. I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to write such wonderful, healing words. I will remain in this board and continue to help in any way I can with a bulldog and their guardian in need of advice or comfort.
