can NOT find answer on google--how long do females reproduce???

I know many/ all of you will know the answer to this...

We're about to foster an unspayed girl who they think is around 6.....I just wanna know if she'll have heat cycles, at what age (if any?) they stop

being able to reproduce.  I know it sounds weird, but I can NOT find an answer on google....!!!  My eyes hurt from reading through a

lot of pages that don't answer this simple question!!!  THANK YOU!!!  ((( HUGS )))

I saw posts of an 8yr old lab pregnant and 10yr old beagle.

I imagine she will have heat cycles.  Does the rescue plan on spaying?  Watch for pyometra (uterine infection) more common in unspayed older dogs.

Dogs do not experience 'change of life'

That's a human thing. Dogs can reproduce for their whole lives. It's a bad idea, though to let this happen to an older dog.

Thank you....she's being spayed--our rescue group spays/neuters

all the doggies....we're just waiting on her to get spayed---she is PRECIOUS, by the way!!!  :-
