We hope many of you are planning to join us for our 2010 specialty shows!  We’re looking forward to a fabulous time and it wouldn’t be the same without you!

“BULLIUS CAESAR”... Do as the Romans Do!

Tuesday, August 24, is “BULLIUS CAESAR” day!  No suits, ties, skirts or pantyhose necessary... we’re having a Toga Party!  Get decked out in togas, gladiator garb, or go a bit more casual with a tunic.  Anything Roman-style goes!  Don’t forget your sandals and accessories, too!  This theme will also carry on into the evening for the banquet.  Hope to see lots of participation!

Electronic ads are accepted in the following formats: High-Resolution, PDFs • Photoshop .jpg or .tif • Word files are accepted, but you MUST send your photo as a separate .jpg or .tif. DO NOT SEND photos printed from an inkjet or bubblejet printer. They do not reproduce well, and quality will be very poor.

TROPHY DONATIONS – DEADLINE WEDNESDAY, JULY 21

We greatly appreciate any amount of donation that you are able to give to the 2010 Bulldog Club of Greater Seattle Specialty Show Trophy Fund. All Donations must be received by JULY 21, 2010 to appear in this year’s show catalog.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS – DEADLINE THURSDAY, JULY 22

Please mention The Bulldog Club of Greater Seattle to receive our special group rate of $104.95 (triple/quad $119.95) or $114.95 lawn access ($124.95 triple/quad) per night plus tax and $50 pet fee for your entire stay. Maximum of FOUR dogs per room. Dogs are to be crated in guest rooms at all times.  Group block of rooms will be held until Thursday, July 22.  After that date, all rooms will be opened to the public, so don’t delay.

RV PARKING

RV parking (with electrical hook-up) is available for $45 per night for a maximum of 15 RVs (35’ or smaller) at the Red Lion Hotel Olympia. No water or waste dumping provided. BANQUET RESERVATIONS – DEADLINE THURSDAY, AUGUST 5

Make reservations now to attend the Bulldog Club of Greater Seattle’s Banquet on Tuesday, August 24 at 6:00 PM. This year, we will be having an Italian Pasta Buffet, which will have Tri-Colored Cheese Tortellini, Alfredo & Marinara/Meat Sauces served with fresh Garlic Bread, Seasonal Vegetable, and a Fresh Caesar Salad.  For dessert, we will have Tiramisu.  Iced Tea and Coffee will be included.  There will be a no host bar available.  Price is $25.00 per person.  All are welcome!  You need not be entered in the show to enjoy the Banquet.  Please plan to stay for our renowned Live Auction following dinner. AUCTION DONATIONS

We greatly appreciate any donations of new or vintage bulldog-related items or cash donations for us to purchase items. Please get your donations in ahead of time (shipped directly to Gail or brought to any BCGS meeting or event), or bring them to the show. All donations MUST be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, August 23. Someone from the Auction Committee will be available at the show beginning Monday morning to accept your donations.
